Testing Services in Authorized Centers
We have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and have implemented measures that help us protect your health and safety.
The health and safety of our customers and employees are paramount. We are constantly monitoring the evolution of the current situation marked by the coronavirus epidemic, and ComputerLand is taking measures to limit the risks, because caution is the watchword for everyone, especially during this period.
- Beginning May 18, 2020, access to the VUE testing center will only be permitted to candidates wearing a face mask. The mask must be worn correctly, covering both the nose and mouth.
- ComputerLand will provide protective masks for each candidate. It is recommended to replace the mask with a new one before starting the check-in procedures for the exam. Upon request of candidates, ComputerLand also provides protective gloves, but these are not mandatory. However, hand disinfection using the disinfectant dispensers located at the entrance to the ComputerLand office space is mandatory.
- Also, upon entering the office space, a body temperature check will be performed using a digital thermometer. In accordance with the laws in force, persons with a temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius will not have access to the office space and exams will be rescheduled.
- Between exams, there will be a 10-minute disinfection of the space using UV lamps. During the disinfection, no candidates will be present in the testing room.
- Persons accompanying candidates are invited to wait outside the ComputerLand office building. Parking in the Test Center reception area is not permitted.
- A maximum of 2 candidates are allowed access to the Testing Center space simultaneously for check-in procedures, and only one candidate will take the exam in the testing room at a time.

We offer Testing / Evaluation services through the ComputerLand – Romania Testing Center, a center authorized by Virtual University Enterprises (VUE) as ATC Select (Authorized Test Center Select level), by Prometric as APTC (Authorized Prometric Testing Center) and by CertiPort as ATC (Authorized Test Center).

– The exams are scheduled at the request of the candidates, at our headquarters in Bucharest, Str. Fabrica de Glucoza no. 15, sector 2, 020331. Exams can be ordered in one of the languages in which they are available (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
– Registration for the exam(s) is done on the basis of a registration form that we can send you by e-mail, by fax or you can copy it via the network. Please complete it and return it to the specified address.
– Registration for the exam(s) is done at least one day before the date on which you wish to take the exam(s). Please arrive at the testing center 15 minutes before the agreed upon start time for the exam.
– If a candidate does not show up to take an exam on the day it was scheduled, the exam fee will not be refunded.
– An exam that has already been scheduled can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the date of the exam.
– To cancel or reschedule the exam(s), please contact us at least one day before the exam date, in order to have time to make the changes and not lose money.
– Payment for each exam can be made preferably by card or cash on the day you come to take the exam, but also by bank transfer in advance, based on an invoice in lei issued by the ComputerLand Training and Testing Center.
– Exam schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-18.

– The ComputerLand Testing Center also offers the option of paying for the exam/exams by credit card. This payment method is the most advantageous.
– The credit card can be: American Express, JCB, MasterCard or VISA.
The test center administrator may request (for example, if you are taking an exam at our test center for the first time) that you present two pieces of identification, both with your signature and one with a photograph (the MCP Wallet Card can be used as a second form of identification.)
Upon completion of the exam, the result will be displayed on the screen and printed automatically. You can verify and authenticate your exam result at: http://www.vue.com/authenticate/ using the Registration Number and Validation Code that appear on the score report you receive after completing the exam.
Rules for conducting the VUE exam
– Exams are timed. No breaks are allowed (unless the exam officially includes breaks), and if you leave the testing station, the timer will not be stopped.
– You must take your ID number when you leave the testing room.
– Personal items, such as bags, briefcases, cell phones, etc., are not allowed in the testing room.
– Writing sheets or boards, pencils or pens, or exam-specific materials will be provided by the testing center. The material received is inventoried on a sheet called the Log Sheet. Writing on the sheets received or on the board is prohibited until the exam begins. –
You will take the test at the testing station indicated to you. During the exam, you are not allowed to eat, drink, smoke, talk, make noise, or do other activities that would disrupt the smooth conduct of the exam.
– The administrator will connect to the testing station, check that the exam is correctly selected and start the exam. After that, the administrator will help the candidate only if it does not disturb the other candidates, but will not be able to answer the specific questions in the test.
– The candidate will be monitored throughout the exam.
– In the event of hardware or software problems that could affect the conduct of the exam, these will be communicated immediately to the administrator.
– At the end of the exam, the score will be displayed immediately on the screen and a report of this score will be automatically listed. The candidate will receive this listed report from the administrator after the candidate returns all the materials provided at the beginning of the exam (writing sheets or writing board). If the report is not listed, the candidate will ask the administrator to list it.
– The candidate will register on the Log sheet at the end of the exam (if applicable).
– Any questions related to the validity of the exam will be addressed to the certification organization (Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, etc.).
– The test is automatically encrypted and transferred to the VUE server and from there it is sent to the certification organization. The center where you take the exam does not have access to the exam information, except for information related to the date and location where the exam took place.
– If the person taking the exam does not follow these rules or if they are caught cheating, appropriate measures will be taken. This may lead to the exam being invalidated and the loss of certification.
