Testing Services in Authorized Centers
We have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and have implemented measures to help protect your health and safety.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is paramount. We are constantly following the evolution of the current situation marked by the coronavirus epidemic, and ComputerLand is taking measures to limit the risks, because caution is the watchword for everyone, especially in this period.
- As of May 18, 2020, access to the VUE test center will only be allowed for candidates using a protective mask. The mask must be worn correctly, so that it covers both the nose and the mouth.
- ComputerLand will provide protective masks for each candidate. It is recommended to replace the mask with a new mask before starting the check-in procedures for the exam. At the request of candidates, ComputerLand also offers protective gloves, but they are not mandatory. However, hand disinfection is mandatory using the disinfectant dispensers located at the entrance to the ComputerLand office space.
- Also, upon entering the office space, a body temperature check will be made, using a digital thermometer. In accordance with the laws in force, people with a temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius will not have access to the office space and the exams will be rescheduled.
- Between exams, there will be a 10-minute disinfection of the space using UV lamps. During the disinfection, no candidates will be present in the test room.
- Persons accompanying candidates are invited to wait outside the ComputerLand office building. Parking in the reception of the Testing Center is not allowed.
- Access of a maximum of 2 candidates is allowed simultaneously in the Testing Center space for check-in procedures, and only one candidate will take the exam in the testing room at a given time.

- The exams are scheduled at the request of the candidates, at our headquarters in Bucharest, Str.
Glucose Factory no. 15, sector 2, 020331. You can order exams in one of the languages in which they are available (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.). - Registration for the exam/exams is done on the basis of a registration form that we can send you by e-mail, by fax or you can copy it over the network.
Please fill it out and return it to the specified address. - Registration for the exam/exams is done at least one day before the date you want to take the exam/exams.
Please come to the test center 15 minutes before the agreed time for the start of the exam. - If a candidate does not show up for an exam on the day it was planned, the exam fee will not be refunded.
- An already planned exam can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the date of taking it.
- To cancel or reschedule the exam/exams, please contact us at least one day before the exam date, in order to have time to make the changes and not to lose money.
- Payment for each exam can preferably be made by card or cash on the day you come to take the exam, but also by bank transfer in advance, based on an invoice in lei issued by the ComputerLand Training and Testing Center.

– The ComputerLand test center also offers the option of paying for the exam/exams by credit card.
This payment method is the most advantageous. – The credit card can be: American Express, JCB, MasterCard or VISA.
The test center administrator may ask you (for example, if you are taking an exam for the first time at our test center) to present two identity documents, both with your signature and one of them with a photo (the MCP Wallet Card can be used as a second form of identification.)
At the end of the exam, the result will be displayed on the screen and printed automatically. You can check and authenticate the exam result at the address: http://www.vue.com/authenticate/ using the Registration Number and Validation Code that appear on the score report received after the exam.
Rules for conducting the VUE exam
– The exams take place over a limited period of time.
No breaks are allowed (unless the exam officially includes breaks), and if you leave the testing station the timer will not be stopped. – You must take your identification number when you leave the testing room.
– Personal items, such as bags, briefcases, mobile phones, etc., are not allowed in the test room.
– Writing paper or blackboard, pencils or pens, or materials specific to the exam will be made available by the testing center.
The received material is inventoried on the sheet called Log Sheet. It is forbidden to write on the received sheets or on the blackboard, until the exam begins. – You will take the test at the test station indicated to you.
During the exam it is not allowed to eat, drink, smoke, talk, make noise or other activities that would disrupt the smooth running of the exam. – The administrator will connect to the test station, check if the exam is correctly chosen and start the exam.
After that, the administrator will only help the candidate if it does not disturb the other candidates, but will not be able to answer the specific questions in the test. – Throughout the duration of the exam, the candidate will be monitored.
- In the event of hardware or software problems that could affect the conduct of the exam, they will be immediately communicated to the administrator.
– At the end of the exam, the score will be immediately displayed on the screen and a report of this score will be automatically listed.
The candidate will receive this listed report from the administrator after the candidate has returned all materials provided at the beginning of the exam (writing sheets or writing board). If the report is not listed, the candidate will ask the administrator to list it. – The candidate will register on the Log sheet at the end of the exam (if applicable).
– Any questions related to the validity of the exam will be addressed to the certification organization (Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, etc.).
– The test is automatically encrypted and transferred to the VUE server and from here it is sent further to the certification organization.
The center where you take the exam does not have access to the information from the exam, except the information related to the date and place where the exam took place. - If the person giving an exam does not respect these rules or if he is caught copying, strict measures will be taken. These can lead to the non-validation of the exam and loss of certification.
