Frost – Solomon Task Force
Between 1990 – 1996, the Working Party of the Chamber of Representatives of the United States on the development of Eastern European parliamentary institutions, called " The Frost- Solomon Task Force ", in collaboration with the Bureau of Information and the Research Service of the Library of Congress, provided technical assistance to the new parliaments in the Central and Eastern European countries, including Romania. These programmes contributed to the consolidation of democratic institutions and created long-term partnerships and friendship links between the US Congress and many of the participating parliaments, including the Romanian Parliament.
The professionalism with which ComputerLand ROMANIA was involved and completed this IT project for the Romanian Parliament was recognized and appreciated both by the representatives of the American Congress and by the Romanian Legislative Forum.
