Frost–Solomon Task Force
In the period 1990 - 1996, the Working Group of the United States House of Representatives on the development of parliamentary institutions in Eastern Europe, called "Frost-Solomon Task Force", in collaboration with the Office of Information and the Research Service of the Library of Congress, offered technical assistance to new parliaments from Central and Eastern European countries, including Romania. These programs contributed to the strengthening of democratic institutions and created lasting partnerships and bonds of friendship between the US Congress and many of the participating parliaments, including the Romanian Parliament.
The professionalism with which Computerland Romania got involved and completed this computerization project of the Romanian Parliament was recognized and appreciated both by the representatives of the American Congress and by the Romanian legislative forum.
