With deep admiration and deep respect, we keep alive the memory of our mentor and friend, Mr. PETRE DANUT GOLESTEANU, a good and generous man, who lived beautifully and simply.

He was one of the pioneers of Romanian IT in the field of computer networks and the development of modern computing equipment, bringing the fame of the Romanian computer science school to the whole world, through the courses, conferences and seminars held in Beijing, Paris, Lugano, Caracas, Amsterdam and Bratislava.

In the more than 25 years as General Director of Computerland Romania, he raised many generations of professionals, cultivating excellence in all its forms.

For us he was and will remain a model!
